Building your self confidence on a bad day

I notice that if I'm having a bad day where nothing is
going my way and i feel totally uncomfortable in my own skin
their is always a few things that make me feel a whole lot better.


For example go treat your self to a facial or a manicure and pedicure
just giving ourselves a little maintenance is all we need.
Another thing i enjoy doing is taking a yoga class to just clear my mind and relax.

Always thinking about your flaws and constantly wondering what other people think is very draining so sometimes you have to just relax and clear your mind of all those things even if it is for an hour.
